This Morris Minor 1000 was a designer cake made for a 50th Birthday, it weighed in at 12 Kilos and was the centrepiece of the day.

The cake was designed for a Morris Minor enthusiast who had bought one as a project many years ago and it had lain dormant in his garage, after many years his wife decided he needed motivation if he was going to get his Morris Minor on the road.
Her plan was simple take lots of Morris pictures and send them to us where we would accurately create a cake sculpture of his precious car. Peter was so thrilled with the cake that the very nextday hestarted work in earnest on his car and we have been invited to the inaugural unveiling of the Morris Minor 1000 later this summer.
The cake was a big project with a lot of attention to detail, it weighed in at 12 kilos!!!
